Delivery Policy

LoyLoy7 offers delivery for all region in Cambodia. We're trying to deliver your order in a timely as possible we can. This is the stipulated lead-time that we adhere to.

• Same day delivery : all orders placed before 12:00pm will arrive before 5:00pm on the same day. This service is currently available within Phnom Penh only.
• Next day delivery : all orders placed before 5:00pm will arrive before 5:00pm on the next day (This service is currently available within Phnom Penh only) and orders will arrive on next tomorrow for the provinces.
• Delivery fee : The delivery process begins at 12:00pm every day. Shipping fees may vary based on order amount and product specifications.

As LoyLoy7’s office will be closed on Sunday and during long Public Holidays (Khmer New Year, King's Birthday, Pchum Ben & Water Festival), all orders placed on those days will only be processed for delivery on the next working day.

Returns

La Rue will bear all shipping costs for approved returns. Click here to find out more.

For remote locations that are not within our service locations, feel free to visit our office to drop off your returns during our working hours.
